The Best Places To Work in 2015

If you could, would you want to work for an award winning employer? Why don’t you? All you have to do is apply for jobs with the right companies. Glassdoor recently came out with their seventh annual Employees Choice Awards that focus on the Best Places To Work. It’s a valuable list for every job seeker.

Glassdoor polls employees because employees know the company better than anyone, so why not get their perspective. The list is based on reviews completed between November 2013 and November 2014. Employees received no incentive for completing the surveys so they must have answered honestly. The rankings look at things like overall satisfaction, CEO leadership, career opportunities, compensation, benefits, culture, values, management, and work life balance. Glassdoor compiled two lists –  the 50 Best Places to Work and the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies To Work For. Let’s take a look at the top 20 companies on each list:
