Working at Boston Consulting Group

BCG consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. While the company is interested in recruiting those people who have distinguished themselves academically, it understands that the ability to think creatively to solve problems is another important trait for management consultants to have. Being curious and open to embracing new ways of doing things is also an attractive trait for recruiters at BCG.

Internships at Boston Consulting Group

Summer internship opportunities at BCG last for two or three months. During that time, the interns are assigned to work on real projects. The company provides orientation and training sessions to get the interns started on the right foot.

During the work term, the company and the intern have the opportunity to see whether each one is a good fit for the other. Working at BCG as an intern may lead to a full-time job offer. People interested in being considered for an internship opening can apply online.
