		<description>I&#039;m sorry, but Payscale is an awful website.  Completely non-user-friendly interface, asks too many obscure questions.  This is a perfect of example of a website built by programmers with NO input whatsoever from the business folks.</description>

There is a Workspace template specific to job hunting which organizes your cover letter, a calendar of interviews/follow-ups, resumes, job contacts etc. Because your files are stored online, you can access and make changes to them from any computer, or even share them with a career coach if you have one.
