Top honors, however, go to the Crown Entertainment Complex, which has 350 table games, as well as over 5,000 slot machines and video terminals combined.

According to the Australian Ministerial Council on Gambling, Australians alone spent $142 billion on gambling in 2004-2005. Most of this gambling was on slot machines and video gambling games. About 15.6% of this gambling was done in casinos on table games. Gambling machines, known as "pokies" in Australian make up over 72% of the industry, and there are over 100,000 machines in New South Wales alone, both inside and outside of casinos.
