Oregon Casinos
All casinos in Oregon are tribe-operated Class III gaming facilities that have very strict gambling policies. Under a state compact with this state's Native American groups, casinos on tribal land can offer lotteries, keno, pari-mutuel wagering, and blackjack.
The Tribal Gaming Commission runs casinos in this state, and the Oregon State Police takes responsibility for casino regulation.
In order to gambling or even enter most Oregon casinos, you must be 21 years old. All casinos run by tribes are licensed by the state as well as by the tribe themselves, but not all casinos have the same policies on dress code, paying winnings, and minimum bets. So, before you visit any casino, call ahead to find out about their rules and regulations.
