Frank Fertitta III and his brother, Lorenzo, own about 20% of the Station Casinos, Inc. This Las Vegas based company is the leading provider of gaming and entertainment to local residents who live in the suburbs and eschew the noise and traffic of the busy strip. The company owns and operates eleven hotel casinos, including the plush new Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa located west of town. The others include:

Station also operates seven smaller casinos in the Vegas area, including the 50%-owned Greens Gaming and Dining and the 50%-owned Barley's Casino & Brewing Company. The company also operates the Thunder Valley Casino in Sacramento, on behalf of the United Auburn Indian Community as well as managing other casinos owned by other companies. Station's properties include various amenities, including numerous restaurants, movie theaters, bowling and convention/banquet space as well as gaming offerings of video poker, slot machines, table games, bingo and race and sports wagering.
