Do you enjoy your job? What could make it better? Higher pay? More flexibility? Time outside? Better perks? Ability to Travel? Take a minute and make a mental list of how your job could be improved.

Everyone has their own definition of the perfect job. No matter what you do, there are always jobs that are better than yours. Can you think of a few jobs that you’d rather have?


Every job has its pros and cons. It’s hard to say that one job is better than another because it’s different for every person. Many people value a job that offers a big check, great benefits, or a flexible schedule. But there are many other factors to consider.

The best way to define the perfect job is think about what you do in your free time. Then figure out how you can get paid to do that. When going to work feels the same as going to play – those are the jobs that are better than yours.

You should have a personal goal to find your dream job. It’s up to you to be in the best job for you. If you’re successful in this mission, there shouldn’t be jobs that are better than yours. You’ll be the happiest person around because you’ll be doing what you love. Now that’s what’s really important.
