JOB INTERVIEW THANK YOU NOTES

Thank you notes are an excellent way to reinforce your positive qualities and show your sincere desire to work for that particular company. These notes should be written and sent as soon as possible after the interview and are typically brief and concise. Thank you notes usually follow a prescribed form:

• Thank the interviewer for his/her time
• Restate your interest in the company and position
• Mention something that impressed you about the company that you learned during the interview
• Put in additional information about your qualifications
