Examiners must have a thorough grasp of the standards, terminology, and technical elements of the American Teaching System (ATS). It is essential for examiners to critically evaluate other instructor candidates and pass fair judgment on their abilities. Instructors wishing to become examiners must have achieved Level III and have taught it for two years.
