11 Reasons Why You Need To Spend More Time Outside

Be honest. Would you rather spend your day in a stuffy, cluttered office or would you rather spend your day outside? If you’re like most people, you’d rather be outside.

There’s something special about spending time in nature. The positive effects of Mother Earth are astounding. Did you know that spending time outside is one of the absolute best ways to improve both your mental and physical self?

Go for a hike. Jog through the park. Climb a tree. Soak up some sun. Try stand up paddle boarding. Camp in the woods. Pedal your bike. Run on a trail. Climb a mountain. Go fishing. Breathe fresh air. Take a hot air balloon ride. Find an outdoor job. Do whatever it takes to spend more time outside.

Go for half an hour on your lunch break or spend the entire day. The great outdoors is there to explore. It’s fun to be outside, but the benefits are greater than that.
