Any teaching experience, education or Japanese studies are viewed as beneficial but not required.
All teachers are provided with the following while working with AEON: a fully furnished apartment with subsidized rent for 55,000 yen per month, a competitive salary of 270,000 per month for a 36-hour work week, contract completion bonuses and paid holidays with 5 paid personal days off each year.
