We stumbled upon a really awesome list this week that we really want to share with you. Let’s start with a question that every job seeker must face. Would you rather make lots of money or be happy?

Well with this list of the Top 50 Employers In The US you can do both. It’s based on research from PayScale and Business Insider. All of the companies on the list are Fortune 500 companies. The rankings are based on six criteria:

  • Salary Delta
