Glassdoor Reveals The Best Places To Work In 2016

Do you want to work for a company where the workers look forward to going to work? Are you keen to find a job with one of the best companies in the United States? If so, then you need to see who made this year’s list of the Best Places To Work in 2016.

Happy Employees Giving Thumbs Up Picture

This is the eighth year that Glassdoor.com has created their famous list of the best places to work. It’s always exciting to see who makes the cut. Can you guess who took the top spot this year? It might not be the first company that comes to mind.

Glassdoor compiled this list based on data collected between November 3, 2014 and November 1, 2015. They asked employees to submit anonymous surveys that rated and reviewed their company. Those employees reviewed the pros and cons of working for their employer. Then they rated their overall satisfaction, CEO, career opportunities, compensation & benefits, culture & values, senior management, work-life balance, and future outlook on a scale of 1 to 5.
