BMW Careers

BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) is a German car and motorcycle company. The corporation also manufactures engines; is it the parent company of Rolls Royce. The name "BMW" is synonymous with luxury cars and high-performance vehicles.

BMW understands that full-time employment is not the preferred working arrangement for all employees. Part-time work is available, and the company provides assistance to working parents who need quality childcare.

Along with competitive pay, BMW employees are entitled to participate in the company profit sharing plan. Workers are entitled to sick and vacation pay. Those who work at night, on weekends or holidays may be paid extra for these shifts, depending on location. BMW offers a pension fund, as well as preferred financing to employees who purchase one of the company's products.

Once hired, BMW employees are given opportunities to train for higher level positions with the company. Vocational training and continuing education programs are available. Project management training is also offered to employees.

Internships at BMW

BMW has several internship opportunities available to students. Those accepted into the program should plan to spend at least two months with the company, but BMW prefers to work with interns in six-month increments.
