Human Resources Plays an Important Role in the Casino Industry Given its Exciting Nature

Casino Human Resources Department Jobs

A tremendous amount of energy goes into hiring and training casino employees. Acting as a representative from the human resources department introduces you to other areas of operation, giving you a good overview of the casino procedures and policies. At some casinos legal affairs and licensing functions are also handled by this department. Positions include personnel director, compensation and benefits manager, benefits clerk, employee relations manager, records coordinator, training specialist, and interviewer. Many of the positions in human resources require at least some college education, although not necessarily in a related field. Almost all wages are paid on a salary basis, with employees earning $32,000 for low -level administrative work to $100,000 for specialized legal work.
